Corporate Bio
The Company was formed in 2003 by the two founders Greg Foutz and Robb Rinard.
In one of those day to day frustration situations. Robb Rinard a video game
designer formerly of Rainbow Studios, and now part owner of 2XL game studios and
Greg Foutz an avid off-road racer for the last 15 years and software engineer for
Adminovation Technologies were working on a joint project when the idea came to
life.
The two were talking about the day to day problems of the world and how to handle
them. Robb had a recent frustration trying to mail a simple letter to an
old friend when he realilzed he didnt own a printer or envelope to send it in.
4 hours later and several hundred dollars down the drain in this effort left Robb
still without a stamp to mail the letter and a feeling of frustration. Greg
had similar issues with finding an automated solution for the day to day forms
and documents that had to be mailed from the Adminovation Technologies systems the
need was great for an automated mail service that would handle it.
World Mail Express was formed and the work began. Robb began creating the
architecture to handle the documents and the pipelines to make it all flow.
Greg started work on the patent applications and setting up the web pages and business
side of the business.
These new innovative tools have carried World Mail Express to the forefront
of
the Mail Automation community. Expanding tools to fill nearly every need
for mailing of documents for any need. World Mail express can mail documents black
and white or color in a variety of envelopes and types. The proprietary PenScript
envelopes allow for the look of true hand addressed envelopes in a fully automated
work flow.

Recent Milestones
The World Mail Express programming team has been able to successfully automate mail
processing through automated systems for clients like Adminovation Technologies
which include Group Life Insurance modules
and full functional Premium Finance company management.
Recently the team added a new set of tools to help manage the difficult enrollment
and form mailing for Life Insurance consent forms and large volume document fulfillment
mail merging.
The World Mail Express team implemented the new enrollment system in just under 6 months and
built it on top of the current system architecture so it looks and feels
like all of the World Mail Express systems. Sharing the integration with the DocWise
document imaging tools for seamless integrated on-line
document imaging integration. Documents that are sent through the World Mail
Express systems can also be automatically added to your on-line document imaging
file cabinets without ever having to touch the paper.
